Ingredients:
Potatoes (large) - 2
Salt - required
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tbsp
Oil - sufficient
Procedure:
- Wash, clean and peel potatoes. Chop potatoes in to very thin slices using slicer.
- Drop all the slices in cold water for 10-15 min.
- Take a pan, add oil and heat it.
- After 10 min, remove the chips from water and press under a dry cloth (excess moisture will be absorbed).
- Now add the chips little by little in to hot oil and fry them until the desired color is obtained.
- Sprinkle required salt and red chilly powder on the chips immediately, when they are hot.
