Vegetable Noodles


Ingredients:
Noodle cake - one
Cabbage - 1/4 cup
Carrot (small) - 1
Potato (small) - 1
Yellow, Red and Green capsicums - 1/3 cup
Green peas - 3 tbsp
Green onions (Spring onions) - 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 3 (finely chopped)
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper -1/2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Red chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 2 tbsp

Procedure:

1. Wash, clean and chop all vegetables and set aside.
2. Take a vessel with plenty of water and add half tablespoon of oil.
3. When water is boiling, add noodle cake and boil for 3-4 min. Then immediately switch off the   flame, separate noodles from water and place under running water for 1 min (to prevent over cooking).
4. Take a pan, add oil and heat it.
5.  Add finely chopped garlic, chopped potatoes followed by cabbage, carrots, capsicum and green peas.
6.  Add soya sauce, red chilly sauce, vinegar  and stir well.
7. Now add garam masala, pepper,salt and saute for one more minute.
8.  Finally add chopped green onions, boiled noodles and mix well.
