Ingredients:
Capsicum (large) - 1
Onions (medium) - 2
Green chillies (small) - 2
Cumin seeds - 1/2tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Curry leaves - 4-5
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Procedure:
- Wash, clean and chop green chillies, onions and capsicum in to half inch pieces and set aside.
- Take a pan, add oil and heat it.
- Add cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and stir them.
- Now add finely chopped onions and saute until they turn transparent.
- Add chopped capsicum, little water and cook for 5-10 min with closed lid (stir in between to prevent sticking to pan).
- Now add red chilly powder, coriander powder, salt and cook until the capsicum pieces turn soft.
- Finally garnish with chopped coriander. Tastes good both with rice and roti.
