Bread Manchuria

Ingredients:
Bread slices - 4
All purpose flour - 1-2 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Onion (medium) - 1
Black pepper - 1/4 sp
Red chilly powder - 1 sp
Garam masala - 1/2 sp
Garlic cloves - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Green onions (Spring onions) - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves - hand full
Salt - as per taste
Water - 15-20 ml
Oil - sufficient 

Procedure:
1. Slightly roast the bread pieces and cut in to small cubes.
2. Take a medium size mixing bowl, add corn flour, maida, salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder and mix well with sufficient water to form a batter with proper consistency.
3. Dip the bread pieces in to batter, fry them in oil and set aside.
4. Now take a pan with oil and heat it.
5. When oil is hot, add finely chopped garlic and fry for 1 min.
6. Now add chopped onions and saute them for 2 min.
7. Add soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce and stir well.
8. Now add pepper, chilly powder, garam masala, salt, water and mix to form a saucy consistency.
9. Add deep fried bread pieces and stir well.
10. Finally garnish with spring onions and coriander.

TIP: Add green onions only after switch offing the flame. Do not add too much water and make the batter very loose.
