Ingredients:
Chikkudukaayalu - 250gm
Potato (medium) - 1
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Bengal gram - 1 tbsp
Black gram - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/4 sp
Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Curry leaves - 1 leaflet
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2tbsp
Procedure:
- Wash, clean and chop broad beans and potato in to half inch pieces.
- Boil them seperately and set aside.
- Take a pan, add oil and heat it. Add bengal gram, black gram and roast them for 1 min.
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and stir them.
- Now add boiled broad beans and potato pieces in to the pan and mix well.
- Add turmeric, red chilly powder, salt and saute them for 2-3 min by closing the lid.
- Switch-off the flame and garnish with finely chopped coriander.
